These terms and conditions govern the use of camping facilities provided by TreeHouses and Glamping Tents Robinson, located in Ljubac. Booking and Reservation:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Check-in and Check-out :

Check-in time is from 15H onwards.
Check-out time is before 11H.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Campsite Rules :

Guests must abide by all campground rules and regulations posted on-site.
Quiet hours must be respected from 21H to 8H.
Campfires are only permitted in designated areas, must be asked previously to the property manager and attended at all times.
Please dispose of trash responsibly in designated bins.
Please do not feed the cats or any other animal on campsite

Occupancy:

The number of occupants per campsite is limited to the maximum capacity stated at the time of booking.
Additional guests may be permitted upon approval and may incur additional charges.

Pets:

Pets are allowed in designated areas only.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.

Damages and Liabilities:

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the camping facilities or property.
The campground shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation and are outlined at the time of booking.
Refunds may be subject to administrative fees or penalties as specified in the cancellation policy.

Force Majeure :

The campground shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or acts of terrorism.
